The answer is a resounding YES! GSuite offers a wide range of tools that make sustaining your business simple. Let’s take a look at some of the most commonly used and useful features that GSuite has to offer.
Cool Connections
One of the features that we here at Omnibiz like the most about GSuite is the Calendar app. With Calendar, anyone can send anybody within the company an invitation to a meeting, with details such as a clickable meeting location, meeting notes, links, and the ability to sync it to everyone’s calendars with the push of a button. Another cool way to use GSuite to connect with your team is Hangouts. Hangouts gives you the ability to video chat with your colleagues or clients without having to install specialized software. Additionally, GSuite also provides a chat feature and email so that you can easily connect with anyone you need to talk to.
Super Storage
Google Drive offers tons of storage, and a way to share files and folders with others. This lessens the amount of storage you will need on your PC, and eliminates the difficulty that people sometimes run into when they share files via email attachments or Dropbox. Also, once a document or folder is shared with another person, they may view it, and depending on what settings you put on it, collaborate and edit. This allows you to work together on a document in real time, and also allows you to comment on the document.
Custom Creativity

GSuite has an array of apps that allow you to create custom documents, presentations, forms, spreadsheets, and more! These include Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Slides, Google Keep, Google Sites, and, Google Jamboard.

Finally, GSuite, allows you, as the administrator, to control information that is shared; manage user, device, and security settings; and manage mobile devices. Administration is made easy with everything that GSuite has to offer!
