Self-Care is Key

One of the things that I’m learning in my mastermind course with Susan Hyatt is the importance of self-care. I’ve also learned that if I don’t take exceptional care of myself I am going to be miserable to live with. I’m still learning what self care looks like for me. Mostly, it just means taking time out for me and my well being. Just getting outside and going for a walk daily is important to me. What does self-care look like for you?

Making Time for Those That Matter 

Self-care is important but so is nurturing the relationships with your spouse, family, and even friends. Those people who support you and cheer for you in all that you do in your business and on those tough days. One of the things that I do is carve out time for a date night with my husband and go even if it’s been a bad day. My spouse is my biggest cheerleader. I need to be able to spend time with him, because he deserves that attention to our relationship. Also, spending quality time with my husband and kids and making that part of our routine. We spend our family time gaming. Are you making that quality time for your relationships?  

Think about it this way. If you’re looking to really amplify your business and step into that next level, are you also taking care of loving yourself ?
